You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
You may not use another user's account without permission

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account

5. Acceptable Use

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with the proper working of the service

You retain ownership of all data you input into Pivobook. We do not claim any ownership rights over your business data, client information, or content.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with advance notice when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pivobook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.
